The brokerage needs only to submit this form once and to do nothing further, but its participation could open up ample opportunities and exceptional benefits for its licensees to explore and enjoy for many years to come*

Licensees can use the brokerage's Subscriber ID to join the Program or order HOMESmarketing's advertising services, at discount rates. The brokerage will then become the "LEAD" of its licensee subscribers and earn referral fee as an "indirect referring subscriber" of those licensee subscribers in an ad sale (see next two lines).
Licensees can become subscribers to the Program, and introduce the Program and HOMESmarketing's services to other real estate professionals locally or throughout North America, and earn referral fee from us.
The brokerage will earn referral fee if its Subscriber ID, or that of its licensees, is quoted in a sale of the system's advertising services.

*The Program and the referral fee entitlement will last for 8 years.
